Description: STR is currently seeking a highly-motivated human resources intern/co-op to perform several activities related to university recruiting, the internship program, and other human resources related activities. Our internship/co-op program allows students to work closely with team leaders while obtaining industry insight. Interns will be tasked with both individual and group projects. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the University Recruiting lead including signing up for career fairs, booking information sessions, parsing through resume books, maintaining relationships with university career centers, and managing information session catering orders Provide support for the Internship Program lead including, but not limited to, scheduling events, tracking trainings, assisting with intern program presentations Post job requisitions to various job boards and coordinate recruiting events Schedule phone screens and interviews using Microsoft Outlook Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle   Position Requirements Experience and Qualifications: Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or other related fields, with relevant coursework completed Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other standard computer applications Great communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external candidates, partners and colleagues at all levels across the organization Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Good teamwork skills, ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships Ability to learn quickly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills STR seeks to provide an outstanding work environment for its employees with excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
