Main Duties and Responsibilities: Fixed Term contract to assist with medium term business requirement Role focusing on collating export documentation for shipments (transport documentation and custom export documentation) in accordance with export regulations and customer requirements Collating purchase invoice and sales invoices as required To liaise internally within the business, carriers, customers and suppliers to collate required documentation Ensuring appropriate storage, filing and presentation of documentation collected Essential requirements: Accuracy, strong attention to detail Excellent organisational and analytical skills Experience of ERP system Strong Word processing and Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables,..) Ability to manage large volumes of data Communication skills Time management skills Strong team working skills Other desired requirements: Experience of SAP preferable |
