The Professional Services Lead is responsible for leading a team of Implementation Consultants and Coordinators on our ProServ Projects team. The ProServ Projects team is focused on delivering consulting services by gathering business requirements, designing holistic solutions, configuring applications, testing solutions, educating clients, and helping drive user adoption. The Professional Services Lead is responsible for the team achieving their goals. The Lead will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to identify client needs, create Statement of Work documents and quote appropriate time and cost for projects. The Lead will then manage the work across the team and collaborate with the rest of the Professional Services team when appropriate.
What is a day in the life of a Lead?
The Professional Services Lead’s day is focused on leading the ProServ team, managing the work across the team and working collaboratively with other Ascentis teams. The Lead will work closely with each of the team members to ensure they have support and guidance in order to meet and exceed team and individual goals. The Lead needs to be extremely organized and self-motivated in order to balance a number of requests coming into the team. They must have the ability to successfully multi-task, as well as prioritize requests from several departments at any given time. The Lead will be responsible for scoping and quoting project work identified by the Sales team and Customer Success teams. Once the project is approved by the client, the Lead will be responsible for assigning the work amongst the team and ensuring the team has the skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully.
