With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Nurse Practitioner   Description Exciting part-time, evenings (Monday - Friday, 5pm-9pm) Family Nurse Practitioner position available to work with children and adults living in a homeless shelter.  Our mission is to integrate physical healthcare with mental healthcare. The Nurse Practitioner will consult, collaborate, and coordinate care with other clinical staff at Southeast including psychiatrists, other nurse practitioners, nurses and care managers.  Specific duties include performing physical exams, diagnosing and planning therapeutic interventions, and follow-up.    Position Requirements   Location Southeast, Inc.
