What are the objectives/goals of the position? Support on-going laboratory activities focusing on spray dried particle engineering for parenteral suspensions. Main objectives will be: 1. Identify small molecules to stabilize biologics in solid matrix 2. Idenfity key quality attributes of solid state particle to enable suitable formulation (identify and implement methods for characterization) 3. Evaluate compatibility of solid state particles with appropriate diluents What are the primary duties of this position? Support/lead processing and formulations activities to understand chemical contributions through excipient screening and characterization. What technical skills are required?
