Duties will include establishing and maintaining an advisory council, participating in professional and trade associations, evaluating student accomplishments, maintaining student records, recommending and maintaining up-to-date equipment in the program for relevant training of students, and obtaining/maintaining credentials to teach SREB curriculum.   Position Requirements Minimum Requirements: The candidate must have or be able to obtain teacher certification as required by the Oklahoma Department of CareerTech. The candidate must have or be able to obtain training in the SREB Advanced Careers Aerospace Engineering courses. Training required for teaching these courses occurs during June/July. Experience teaching, leading and/or working in a project-based environment is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in an aerospace or engineering field is preferred. Strong background in math and physics preferred. Work experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.(Above requirements may be met by an equivalent combination of education and experience.)
