Delphi Technologies provides integration of full end-to-end gasoline and diesel engine management systems including fuel handling, fuel injection, combustion, electronic controls, test and validation capabilities, electric and hybrid electric vehicle power electronics, aftermarket and original equipment services. This exciting opportunity will be located in El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Performs risk analysis / AMDEC Design
  • Mastery of GES document management
  • Defines test plans and acceptance criteria
  • Ensures the representativeness of the tests
  • Write test requests
  • Update the test library
  • Ensures the availability of the certificate of conformity prototypes
  • Ensures the correct application of the test instructions
  • Write a PCR anomaly report under DPRTS if necessary
  • Estimate network reliability
  • Write the final validation report
  • Informs the statistics file
  • Write generic syntheses in Engineering report format
  • Prepare validation statuses for each Design Review

    Position Requirements

    Basic qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3+ years of SDF / Reliability experience
    • 3+ years of Statistical Methods and Tools experience
    • 3+ years of DFMEA experience
    • 3+ years of Robust Engineering experience

    Preferred qualifications :

    • Auto industry experience
    • Master’s Degree
    • KPC / QCI experience
    • 5S experience
