Our Team:

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition the Corporate Recruiter III successfully prioritizes full life-cycle recruitment of assigned requisitions against a timeline, setting benchmarks, and metrics. Prioritizes and manages a high volume of requisitions, builds and maintains a network pool of applicants and successfully manages internal Client relationships. The Corporate Recruiter III partners with managers to anticipate and meet the ever-changing needs of the Company and its affiliates, and to deliver best talent throughout the organization. This position also advises, liaisons and supports intermediate and entry level Corporate Recruiters in coordination with Manager, as needed.

What you will be doing:

  • Process and fill positions for a variety of teams including manufacturing, scientists, marketing, sales and administration.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Implement initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
  • Recruit passive candidates, profile individuals, gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation rather than simply sell a role.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship with management.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes that fit within Company mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as may be necessary to track trends.
  • Process new and replacement requisitions.
  • Contribute to the on-boarding process, including executing new hire documentation and information, assisting with office space and system set-up requests, entering recruitment information into internal systems, and relaying information to internal stakeholders.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
  • Advise, support and act as liaison to intermediate and entry level Corporate Recruiters in coordination with Manager, as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; proactively network and establish effective working relationships, pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Manage, create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Corporate Recruiter with duties including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • Proven ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • High proficiency managing and prioritizing high volume requisitions/multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • MS Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • HR Certification.
