Share Email Opening Title Controls Engineer(Cut/Sew/Wrap)  Description Procure 3D Robotic Sewing Equipment & Tooling Coordinate the equipment & understandall capacity pertaining to the 3D robotic sewing & each product in all Inteva facilities Fabricate quote packages for 3D sewing on new programs Manage tool builds & deliveries from suppliers at or below budget & on time Ensure procured tools/equipment are built to Inteva specifications Effectively interface with Inteva team members & customers on regular basis Provide manufacturing support at any time including weekend either by call or in person as needed     Position Requirements REQUIRED 5 years minimum controls experience Stong degree of self-motivation & self-direction Cognex camera experience Competent ability with computer software programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Strong organizaitonal skills, oral & written communication, & documentation skills Knowledge of Allen Bradley & Siemans software Ability to travel often Strong mechanical skills & desire for hands-on activiities especially pertaining to sewing machines, sewing equipment, robotic machines & equipment & control systems Able to program different robot programs from scratch: KUKA, Fanuc, & Allen Bradley   Education Requirement Associates Degree REQUIRED; Bachelors Degree PREFERRED   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift -not applicable-   Location Inteva Products, LLC - World Headquarters and Troy Technical Center   Req Number ENG-20-00005   About the Organization Inteva Products is a leading global automotive supplier providing innovative, reliable, environmentally friendly products that enhance vehicle quality, safety and performance.
