JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform handling and processes for mortgage documents
Effective with meeting daily/monthly goals or deadlines
Understand the mortgage industry
Familiar with loan servicing tasks
RESPONSIBILITES
Proof read and audit recordable documents
Process recording fees by understanding related mortgage documents
Follow up via phone or email on pending documents
Any coaching or training experience is preferred but not necessary
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate or General Education Diploma (GED)
Candidate should have mortgage and title documents experience with a minimum 6 months related experience
Good knowledge of the mortgage and title documents needed
Mortgage recording experience preferred
Ability to learn and work with multiple applications/platforms
Good understanding of MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication
