Description

The Integrated and Digital Marketing Specialist will support, execute, and drive digital marketing and content strategy in order to generate demand in TrueLearn’s various products and markets. This includes but is not limited to content strategy, SEM, lead/demand gen, online content, conversion, social media, PPC strategies. The Integrated and Digital Marketing Specialist will also support all TrueLearn’s online and email marketing.

 
Position Requirements

Leverage content and digital marketing skillset to generate brand awareness/enhancement thought leadership, quality sales leads and online product sales by:

  • Research, segment, and understand TrueLearn audiences to engage them effectively
  • Ability to craft powerful marketing messaging strategy and positioning statements
  • Design, develop and execute fully integrated marketing programs across the buyer journey with comprehensive outbound, inbound and content marketing for new product launches and existing products
  • Increasing brand reach and awareness through supporting all aspects of TrueLearn.com
  • Support all digital B2C and B2B lead generation initiatives including communications and content of campaigns, closely monitoring conversions and continually evaluating and adjusting campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Setting up, monitor and track demand generation programs devised to increase sales and improve customer retention & satisfaction.
  • Identifying and implementing SEO techniques; researching and recommending new keywords and negative keywords; offering insights on how to best incorporate keywords into web copy
  • Analyzing data for trends, anomalies, and patterns, and making recommendations for improvements
  • Developing email marketing strategies; preparing, testing and scheduling all email campaigns
  • Gathering email campaign results; developing reports to determine their effectiveness and strategies for improvement
  • Developing and implementing social media strategy to increase awareness and ultimately drive sales
  • Leveraging social media outlets to maximize inbound traffic
  • Monitors conversations across social media channels and addresses/escalates important issues, daily conversations, and engagements in real-time through engagement, escalation, and documentation
  • Working closely with Sales, IT, Editorial, and Customer Success to launch products and digital marketing materials effectively
  • Stay current with related trends, developments, and best practices
  • Coordinates trade show logistics, advertising, collateral development, email marketing, CRM activity, and other activities as deemed necessary.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Hands-on experience in email and landing page design and development
  • Experience or familiarity with e-learning, educational technology, or SAAS, a PLUS
  • Proficiency with social listening tools a PLUS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years combined strategic and hands-on integrated marketing experience; SEM, B2C and B2B lead gen, and email marketing
  • Thorough understanding of related digital best practices and methodologies
  • Strong creative content generation skills
  • Excellent technical writer
  • History of producing quantifiable results
  • B2C and B2B digital marketing experience required
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, especially in the context of email marketing
  • Social media expertise required
  • Hands-on experience with CMSs and ESPs - Pardot a PLUS
  • Proficiency in SEO and PPC management, reporting and analytical tools
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, or similar platform
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Self-starter, positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and work independently
