Description

This position will be responsible for responding to all initial questions related to firm authorized software products and services. Provide support and guidance to internal and external clients according to published customer service standards. Communicate/interact with clients via telephone, WebEx and email. Provide excellent customer service to clients by researching individual issues in a timely manner and following up as necessary.

Position duties include but not limited to:

  • Responds to all dataVISION inquiries according to published customer service standards, including the dataVISION Help line and dVHelp@cusonet.com
  • Primary contact for assistance with dataVISION reporting requests and needs
  • Conducts initial login training for dataVISION, NetX360 access training, provides assistance with training modules
  • Manages global rep code / owner changes for contact records
  • Assists CFS/SPF customers with their database cleanup projects
  • Maintains dataVISION Home page announcements/events
  • Trouble shoot and diagnose problems
  • Assist with customer service calls
  • Assist other operational groups as needed
  • Assist with desktop support including: dataVISION, LaserApp, NetX360
  • Assists with various projects, large data uploads and help requests as needed
  • Pershing IRA Waive Fee reporting
  • Sets and keeps consistent office hours at the San Diego home office
  • Supports Company Mission and Corporate Values
  • Other projects and duties may be assigned
 
Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to plan and focus on projects and have a general understanding of the investment market and terms
  • Industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be self-motivated, independent and have good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Must also have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to manage and keep strict deadlines
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written)
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
