Role The Payroll Supervisor manages all aspect of the organization’s payroll functions. The role is responsible for ensuring payroll is processed and reported timely and accurately according to company policies, as well as in conformance with federal and state regulations. Duties & Responsibilities Processes weekly payroll for 850+ employees in MA, CT, NH, and NY. Collaborates with all departments to ensure accurate time reporting. Maintains the integrity of the company ERP system, and the outside payroll system. Point of contact for all payroll related inquiries, including but not limited to employees, supervisors, governmental agencies. Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reporting and reconciliation. Performs routine payroll audit throughout the year to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reconciliation. Performs other duties as assigned by the Payroll/Human Resources Manager. |
