Proton Technologies, Inc. is a third-party IT services company that provides IT support and amazing customer service to over 200 auto-dealership clients across the country. We prioritize client relationships and enjoy the personal level of attention we give them. We are not the normal "ticket, ticket, ticket" IT support shop. Currently, Proton has an immediate opening for a Full Time Project Administrator to join our Headquarters team in Raleigh, NC. Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Project Administrator is responsible for executing efficient client onboarding as well as facilitating a variety of client projects. Through both virtual and in-person communication with clients and third-party vendors, the Project Administrator must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-facing values to ensure ultimate client satisfaction.

 
Position Requirements

Primary Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:

  • Create client onboarding timelines and expected dates of completion.
  • Update and facilitate project calendar events for Project Department and the Project Manager.
  • Maintain a client onboarding flowchart to track goal statuses. 
  • Keep records of customer email and phone communications. 
  • Maintain customer satisfaction with frequent communication during and after a project.
  • Manage third party vendors and their services utilized during projects.
  • Upholds confidentiality with client relations.
  • Occasional local and national travel for project implementations and client on-boardings.

Essential Qualifications: 

  • Must have at least 1-3 years direct experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator within the Onboarding sector.
  • One-year certificate from a college or technical school is preferred.
  • Customer service experience required. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and GSuite.
  • Familiarity with CCNA and Network+. 
  • Ability to organize tasks and budgets as projects progress.
