STR is hiring a Program Financial Analyst who will perform the following duties: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on program financials on various programs varying in size and complexity Collaborate with program managers, technical group leaders and contracts Manage subcontractor and consultant hours/costs and addressing funding needs Complete accurate submissions of customer financial deliverables (i.e., funds and man-hours expenditure report, contract funds status report, financial status report, etc.) Analyze program data to ensure estimates are accurate and complete Participate in special projects as assigned   Position Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS: US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance Bachelor’s Degree Business, Finance, Economic, Accounting or related 3 - 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related field Demonstrated ability to establish processes to drive efficiencies Proven ability to: Communicate effectively Make decisions with sound judgement while complying with policies and procedures Develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers Work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines   About the Organization Systems & Technology Research (STR) is a rapidly growing technology company with locations north of Boston, MA, Arlington, VA and near Dayton, OH.
