Description

STR is hiring a Program Financial Analyst who will perform the following duties:

  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on program financials on various programs varying in size and complexity
  • Collaborate with program managers, technical group leaders and contracts
  • Manage subcontractor and consultant hours/costs and addressing funding needs
  • Complete accurate submissions of customer financial deliverables (i.e., funds and man-hours expenditure report, contract funds status report, financial status report, etc.)
  • Analyze program data to ensure estimates are accurate and complete
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
 
Position Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree Business, Finance, Economic, Accounting or related
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to establish processes to drive efficiencies
  • Proven ability to:
  • Communicate effectively
  • Make decisions with sound judgement while complying with policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines
