Maintenance Admin Coordinator 

Description

The Maintenance Administrative Coordinator manages all inventory processes including cycle counts, item check outs, item adjustments and adds, and database maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requests
  • Send and receive purchase orders
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Approve invoices.
  • Drives the maintenance department’s work order scheduling system by planning and scheduling work orders, generating PMs, kitting parts for work orders, and generating weekly department KPI reports.
 
Position Requirements
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED
  • Computer skills, understanding of MS Word & Excel, and project management software.
  • Communicate clearly with customers over the phone and in person.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during the course of assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
