Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Burlington County Area

Part-Time and Full-Time Hours

The BCBA is tasked with completing Functional Behavioral Analyses and creating Behavior Support Plans for youth with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and also providing supervision to the staff implementing those Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Complete a Functional Behavior Analysis for each youth that is assigned.
  • Conduct 1:1 observations and interactions with individuals (adults and children).
  • Complete a Behavior Support Plan for each youth assigned.
  • Supervise the Behavioral Technician implementing the Behavior Support Plans.
  • Complete Progress Notes for every session and activity related to the implementation of services.
Position Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • Master’s Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with youth ages 0-21 with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and use common sense.
  • Flexibility to deal with people at a variety of levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
  • All services are implemented in the home of the youth being served. The BCBA must be willing to travel to the homes of the youth referred for services.
