Associate Marketing Manager 


The Associate Marketing Manager performs a variety of functions in support of the company's operations nationwide. Supports client development, sales and marketing teams by developing promotional campaigns, strategies and tactics to drive brand recognition and growth. Serves as lead for CareVention HealthCare's health plan management/third party administration service line (PeakTPA) and Medliance marketing activities and collaborates with Client Development/Sales to execute the marketing plan and achieve business goals. Also supports marketing, sales, implementation, and executive management as needed:

    • Collaborates with leadership of sales team, TPA and other service lines to assess marketing needs and fulfill requests for collateral, swag and other materials; ensures conference requirements are met
    • Coordinates with Events team for ordering and shipment of conference, meeting and events materials, including swag
    • Works with Creative team to develop collateral and other deliverables on time, on budget, and at highest level of quality
    • Writes and edits content for internal/external communications, articles, web content, and special projects as needed; collaborates with Marketing Manager and Senior Director to plan and produce digital and printed newsletters
    • Creates and executes direct mail and email campaign
    • Monitors and oversees campaigns from inception to completion, including timelines and tasks, ensuring expectations for quality and execution are met
    • Assists with marketing and business activities of TRHC company or companies
    • Accesses current contact lists and distributes communications to clients for urgent/special messaging including service interruptions, drug recalls and software updates
    • Participates in trade shows or conferences as needed
    • Supports marketing, sales, client liaisons, and implementation with business needs
Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.

Experience & Training:

  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, and general administrative experience.

Specific Skills:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to communicate with a variety of audiences, including highly-educated ones.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Accurate keyboarding - 50 wpm or more.
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High degree of ownership for projects, a sense of urgency and strong follow-through.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
