As a member of this practice, you will communicate and consult with our client's business and technical personnel, blending with their IT team and working together to help identify potential problems and develop solutions. Candidate should be highly experienced with MySQL administration and database systems architecture. This position will focus on database expertise in both project and production support roles. The experience and ability to also support the additional databases technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB are a big plus as well as experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server would be highly desirable. While the primary responsibility for this role would be MySQL support, this position would be also responsible for supporting PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. Training would be provided if the experience is not there for either PostgreSQL and Mongo. RESPONSIBILITIES The successful person for this role will be highly experienced in MySQL administration. They will have experience with: replication and cloning design and solutions database, system and application tuning database upgrades and migrations backup design and disaster recovery plans and execution experience with Group Replication and InnoDB Cluster highly desired   Position Requirements The candidate should have the following skill sets: 5+ years in database administration using a combination of MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB 3+ Years of database development/administration using MySQL A team player Ability to multi-task while maintaining high quality of deliverables Previous experience supporting complex projects with complicated business drivers Good writing and communication skills   Location Lombard   Req Number INF-20-00002   This position is currently not accepting applications.
