Description
  1. Contract Management
    1. Services Point of Contract to and from outside counsel and legal escalations
      1. Track escalations to outside counsel
      2. Develop work flow for various contracts
      3. Develop internal standards to minimize the need for outside counsel

    1. SOW's & MSA's
      1. Log entry, confirm templates, track/communicate thru process, file and storage
      2. QA
        1. Review / approval
        2. Formatting
        3. Clarity
        4. Wordsmithing
        5. Check math
      3. Ensure timely customer surveys are sent and results are logged
      4. Maintain current SOW & MSA templates
      5. Maintain SOW writing standards and training materials
      6. P.O.C. for Delegation of Authority
    2. Sub-Contractor Agreements and SOW's
      1. Log entry, track/communicate thru process, file and storage
      2. Ensure alignment with Services direction
      3. QA
        1. Review / approval
        2. Clarity
        3. Check math
      4. Confirm/communicate:
        1. PM oversight and SOW review
        2. Completion criteria and reporting
        3. Invoicing
      5. Maintain workflow process/swim-lanes for invoice approval
      6. Review vendor pool
        1. Track Sub Agreements, coordinate expirations, renewals
        2. Align / leverage vendor pool to Services direction, strategy
            1. (to include Services Delivery and Pre-Sales)
          1. Identify and track issues and opportunities for improvement
          2. Review vendor redundancies and identify opportunities to reduce number of vendors
          3. Review, compare, identify price/cost reductions
    3. RFP's & SLED
      1. Oversee and assist team with RFx responses and coordination
      2. Improve response processes and work flow
      3. Maintain government term contracts and renewals
    4. Small Support Contracts & Renewals
      1. Oversee and assist team with managing contract renewals
      2. Oversee and assist team with coordination of resources for support contracts
      3. Maintain tracking and renewal processes and work flow
      4. Ensure customer and internal reporting is completed on time
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

  1. Senior Manager w/ 15-20yrs of experience (or JD with 5-7 yrs experience)
    1. IT contract management experience – SOW’s, MSA’s, sub-contracting agreements, standard terms and conditions
    2. Solid communication skills to include negotiating, red-lining, etc.
    3. Strong understanding of IT services business and contracts
      1. Infrastructure
      2. Staffing
      3. Deliverables, milestones, SLA’s, etc.
      4. Professional and Managed Services
      5. Sub-contracting
      6. Licensing
    4. Strong writing skills
      1. RFP writing or responses
      2. Expertise in wordsmithing, editing
      3. Expertise with writing software, Word, PowerPoint, (Visio a plus), etc.
      4. Contract terms and conditions
    5. Document filing and storage (digital)
      1. Organizational skills
      2. Doc tools, ie, SharePoint, Docu-Sign, etc.
    6. Process management
      1. RFP process
      2. Contract management process
    7. Good financial and accounting understanding
      1. Opex, Capex, budgeting, forecasting
      2. Cost modeling and pricing strategies
      3. Fixed fee, T&M, etc.
      4. Solid proficiency with Excel
    8. People manager for small team
      1. 5 years of experience managing a team
      2. Change agent experiences
    9. Process Improvement or Project Management a plus
