PFL is a rapidly growing Mar-Tech company developing state of the art Sales/Marketing Automation Software with custom integrations in Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. PFL's Information Technology department is growing and we're looking to add a System Administrator to our amazing team. What you will do:

  • Install, configure, upgrade, maintain and support server and desktop systems
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve recurring and incidental support issues for end-users. PC's, phones, software, hardware, and connectivity (network/Internet)
  • Provide Tier 2 desktop and application support, including new user setups, line of business application support, and hosted application support
  • Produce, maintain and update technical documentation
  • Monitor performance of Windows server and server applications, identify root-cause and resolve issues
  • Monitor network performance and resolve issues such as internet bandwidth problems, ISP issues, and firewall/router changes
  • Complete and update support tickets

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in an I.T. related field is preferred
  • Experience with Windows desktop and Windows server operating systems
  • Experience in providing end-user onsite or remote support for Server and hardware troubleshooting. Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a direct focus on the source of problems to quickly and effectively solve the problem
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products: Windows 7 &/or 10, Networking and computer/hardware set up (laptops to peripherals and network)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills
