The Ascentis Partner Sales team is made up of driven sales professionals who come to Ascentis to make a direct impact in a fast-paced, growing organization. The Referral Partner Sales Manager will drive growth through managing and growing strategic referral partner relationships. Through effective management and strategic oversight this person will create and build sales opportunities that our field account executives can pursue. Centered around our cultural norms, you will be a key contributor to the growth of Ascentis in the $18 billion HCM industry.

What are the general responsibilities of the position?

  • Responsible for building and developing strong referral partner relationships in an exciting, fast paced, and competitive marketplace
  • Leading and participating in discussions on the strategic direction of our referral partner management strategy
  • Identifying potential new referral partners for Ascentis to pursue
  • Driving revenue growth through existing strategic relationships
  • Active participation in all facets of the sales process with partners
  • Pipeline development and management of partners along with maintaining reporting and visibility into performance against all revenue and activity KPI’s
  • Working with other teams and members of Ascentis to drive growth and expansion with our partners
Position Requirements

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of successful referral partner/partner sales experience
  • Experience in HCM/HRIS is a plus
  • Experience working with insurance brokers and/or consultants is a plus
  • Experience selling to “C” level Executives and multiple decision makers
  • A strong self-starter with the desire and flexibility to operate in a fast-paced technology company
  • Experience and willingness to sell and work in a highly collaborative, team first environment
  • Experience and/or the ability to drive revenue through the efforts of others is required
  • The ability to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives, and a quantifiable track record of success is required
  • Qualified candidates must possess the ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture
  • Experience in a environment is highly desired
  • Up to 25% travel
