An investigator is responsible for doing legal research in order to locate and contact potential witnesses for testimony. This includes running ads in local newspapers, cold calling, and interviewing witnesses. Investigators also conduct research for attorneys initiating legal action, supporting legal proceedings, and devising trial strategies.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role with heavy customer service experience
Strong background in research
Must have the ability to think and work independently and on a team
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Typing skills and Computer Literacy
