Under the direction of, and reporting to the President, provide strategic management of the accounting, finance, pricing, and information technology functions of the company. This includes the development of a financial strategy, metrics, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Position Requirements


Build, lead and manage high performing accounting and IT teams and define policies, procedures and internal controls for these teams

Ensure the integrity of the company’s financial information and timely communication of the company’s financial performance to senior management

Participate in the Executive Team and help to develop and implement the strategies that drive the long-term success of the company. Specifically, provide the financial acumen to effectively drive sustainable profitable growth.

Manage and oversee the relationship with banks, investment institutions, independent auditors and all other outside organization related to the financing and financial integrity of the business.

Identify and manage business risks and insurance requirements. Administer the company’s 401K plan and monitor cash requirements and direct investments of corporate cash.

Lead the budgeting and capital planning process and make recommendations to optimize investment strategies to maximize ROI.

Oversee financial systems including implementations and upgrades. Direct and maintain integrity of company’s pricing system


Requires education as generally found in a bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or Finance and at least 10 years’ progressive financial management experience.

Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and/or a CPA is preferred.

Requires a high level of written and verbal communication skills and experience partnering with an executive team.

Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
