FoxGuard Solutions is looking for a dependable, self-starting individual to support our security operations as a full-time Data Entry Clerk. If you are looking for the perfect entry-level role in cyber security, this is the right position for you! This is a great opportunity to expand your technical skills as you provide valuable support to a collection of operational projects.
The Data Entry Clerk will work on a high-energy team committed to providing quality, secure products to critical infrastructure markets. This position will work primarily on our Patch and Update Management Program.
What you will be doing ….
- Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues including integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in an efficient and timely manner
- Ability to respectfully contact vendors for project support when necessary
- Escalate situations as needed to the team leader
- Ability to comfortably facilitate questions internally and communicate effectively in high-stress situations
- Maintain operations by following proper policies and procedures
- Recognize situations that warrant changes and suggest improvements without hesitation
What you will bring to the table…
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Great attention to detail
- Basic understanding of technical information, i.e. interpret software release notes
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior data entry experience
