We are seeking a mission focused professional to serve as a full time Clinical Therapist responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults. This position is eligible for a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus.

As a Clinical Therapist you would:

  • Complete identified diagnostic assessments, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Provide ongoing mental health/clinical services as needed or are required by contract
  • Create documentation for all services you provide in our Electronic Record System.
  • Provide in-home, direct services to families and children in your caseload.
  • Develop and maintain consultative and liaison relationships with DCBS and other members of the youth’s treatment team (biological parents, school, etc.)
  • Serve families within the Northern KY area including, Boone, Kenton and Campbell Counties.
  • Schedule your own hours based on the client/family needs.
Position Requirements

What you bring to this role:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, or child & family studies is required.
  • CSW, LPCA, MFT Associate (may be under supervision); LCSW, LPCC, LMFT is preferred.
  • Experience with family preservation services, crisis intervention, substance abuse treatment or trauma informed care is preferred.
