We are seeking a mission-focused, entrepreneurial professional to serve as the Treatment Director for our Northern Kentucky Division. The Treatment Director is responsible for the treatment and quality of care for the youth in placement and served through programs in the division.

As a Treatment Director you would:

  • Provide continuous direction, assistance, and clinical oversight to those supervised. Provide guidance for crisis intervention.
  • Maintain fiscal accountability for the division.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing divisional team. Lead staff in problem solving related to performance challenges and family/youth issues. Establish performance goals for the division and monitor progress.
  • Provide a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults.
  • Fill in for various positions during absence of vacancy of such. This may include providing direct services to foster parent and clinical support to foster youth in the absence of a Case Coordinator and/or Therapist. In addition, may include provision of direct support for licensing, training and compliance needs. Ensure the daily office responsibilities, as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of SAFY staff by participating in joint meetings, and problem identification and resolution.
  • Establish and maintain a supportive and positive working relationship with youth, foster parents, referring agencies, and other SAFY stake holders.
Position Requirements

What you bring to this role:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, or child & family studies is required. LCSW/LPCC Licensure is required
  • Three to five years of experience in the field of social services; two years being in a supervisory/administrative capacity and two years providing direct care services
