Customer Service Representative (CSC)

Location Waukegan, IL  


• Acts as primary point of contact for customers and serves as a resource for information and problem solving for assigned customers.
• Manage daily customer account activities; order entry, planning, scheduling and shipping through ERP system.
• Work closely with individuals across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction, QC planning, shipping, finance.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Deliver a high level of customer service, demonstrating sensitivity to the needs and concerns of our internal and external customers.
• Ensure data tracking and results are documented to support metrics and KPI's.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
• Working knowledge of ISO/9001/14000/13485 and AS9100 processes.

Position Requirements


  • High school diploma required or equivalent.
  • Five or more years of customer service experience.
  • Must have knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Windows, etc.).
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP order systems and portals.
  • Knowledge of ISO/9001/14000/13485 and AS9100 processes.


  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Account Management.
