(TCG) is a fifty-year old small business providing engineering, financial management, IT application development, and platform acquisition to Navy clients. TCG is growing fast as a prime contractor in PEO Ships and Navy Systems Commands. We seek an enterprising candidate to fill a high-visibility role supporting the Ships AM Program Office; Program Manager - Acquisition. Program Executive Office Ships (PEO Ships) manages the design and construction of destroyers, amphibious ships, special mission and support ships, as well as a wide range of boats and craft for U.S. agencies and foreign military sales. Ships AM is the program office under PEO Ships that manages activities associated with acquisition of all elements regarding Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Information (GFI). The ideal candidate will fulfill the following duties: Manage the Team Ships Front Office contract and all personnel staffing; Prepare monthly Cost Reports and Status Reports (MSR); Assist subcontractors on funding and finance related items; Oversight of finance related items, coordination of completing tasking, and contractual requirements; Track expenditures to ensure all charges are within the budget; Prepare monthly Contract Status Meeting briefs and supporting documents and meet with Government COR and PM monthly.
