The Director, Business Development will be strategically focused on developing and executing strategies to drive the sustainable growth of new partnerships and the deepening of NTCs current partnerships. In close partnership with the Senior Director, Special Projects, the Director, Business Development will collaborate with Clients and internal departments, (Program Delivery, Strategic Partnerships, Technology Solutions, Finance, Legal, and Product) to drive business development strategy and processes, support contract budget development, be accountable for renewal contract pipeline reporting and forecasts, and measure and ensure partner success.
