Crystal Mountain has a career opportunity for an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations at our high-volume restaurants, food venues, and banquet facility. Position Requirements

In addition to leading the culinary team, the Executive Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities, recipe and menu development, food purchasing, inventory management, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate has a passion for delighting guests through cooking and other culinary experiences, enjoys developing the skills and expertise of other culinary team members, and is committed to environmental stewardship.

This senior level position requires exceptional communication and collaboration skills, strategic thinking, leadership, and time management skills. Our Executive Chef reports directly to our Vice President of Hotel Operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired or Associate’s culinary degree
  • A minimum of 8 years of kitchen experience with a minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Current ServSafe, TIPS/TAMS Certifications
