Job Description Summary

The Program Manager will administer and oversee national accounts. The Program Manager will focus on contract administration, centralized billing measures, business intelligence, and support national account representatives.

Job Duties:

  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of national accounts
  • Serve as secondary point of contact for national account inquires and business practices
  • Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures
  • Able to effectively reprioritize tasks to accommodate special projects and research assignments
  • Implementations & Re-implementations of national accounts
    • Program files creation/review/updates
    • Account set-up and centralize billing and business intelligence
    • Conduct implementation calls with sales and operations teams
    • Oversee firm lists and representative assignments
    • Distribute & QC rates entry by field
    • Build and coordinate portal access & set-up
  • Client Reporting – Scheduled & Ad Hoc reporting
    • Reports done monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annually depending on account
    • CNA bi-monthly client survey
  • Billing
    • Central Billing – assist with new account set-up and maintenance
    • Handle billing issues and questions from national account representatives, field and corporate inquires
    • Audits (insurance/RLI)
  • RFPs
    • Coordinate NDA & COI requests with corporate
    • RFP360 data maintenance
  • Contracts
    • Maintain secondary copies of contracts
    • Track and effectively manage schedule of contract renewals
  • Rates
    • Prepare rates proposals for national account representative
    • Rate file maintenance
  • Administrative
    • Update firm warnings, settings & file uploads in RB/MR
    • Distribute scheduling and/or general law firm inquiries from national account reps to the appropriate representative and local office
    • Communicate all current account updates, changes, reminders to field/corporate
    • Hubspot account maintenance
    • Account file maintenance
      • Program Files – creation & maintenance
      • One Dive – National Accounts
      • Network – National Account
      • Network – National Accounts Field Access
      • Master Spreadsheet
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership


  • USLS/Industry experience preferred
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Experience working with and managing teams
  • Great follow-up and communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter and well-versed in overall business practices
  • Continuously demonstrate leadership and professionalism
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
