PFL is a rapidly growing Marketing Technology company and we develop state of the art Sales/Marketing Automation Software with custom integrations in Salesforce, Marketo, and Oracle Eloqua. We are looking to add a System Support Specialist to our growing IT team.

Are you a System Support Specialist eager to join a leading Mar-Tech company where you can utilize and expand upon your current skill-set? Good. Do you have at least a couple of years of tier 2 and 3 support, strong familiarity with Windows environments and previous application management experience? Great. This is an opportunity to expand upon those skills, help to lead initiatives on a variety of desktop projects and work with a team of some really great folks.

  • You will provide amazing support to our employees
  • Actively take ownership of open IT issues and partner with management on improving systems and services as we scale
  • Maintain an inventory of company assets, systems, and peripherals
  • Respond to helpdesk requests and work to improve the support process
  • Assist with support tasks related to operating systems, software applications, wireless networks, networking, VoIP issues, and printers
  • Provide technical training and guidance to both onsite and remote employees
  • Create, update, and maintain knowledge articles in our knowledge management system

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions to just about anyone, regardless of their background.
  • Willing to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as necessary
  • Servers: Active Directory, File Permissions, Domain, Backups, Antivirus
  • Network: Firewalls, Switches, Wireless, Voice, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN
  • Computers: Computer Replacement, IPCONFIG details, Joint to Domain, Printer Installs, Antivirus
  • User Support: User Profile Migrations, Outlook Setup, Mobile Device Setup (email)
  • Applications and Products: Windows 10, Server 2016 a plus, Office 365, SharePoint
