Program Supervisor, Day Services Phoenix Alternatives Inc. is one of the Twin Cities' premier providers of day and employment-related services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We have an incredible opportunity for a talented Program Supervisor at our Oakdale facility to lead the development and delivery of enrichment activities including classroom instruction, community engagement, music and pet therapy, and personalized support services. As the only supervisor at the site you will lead a team of 8-10 Direct Support Professionals while also managing a caseload of 25-30 individuals. This is the perfect position for someone ready for their first supervisory role, or an experienced manager who enjoys the variety of combining supervision with hands-on support. Specifically, you will: Lead the development and delivery of engaging, effective, person-centered instruction. Supervise and train staff to ensure that all quality and productivity expectations are met. Oversee facility activities such as safety, supplies, fire drills, etc. Interface effectively with each individual's support team and ensure that their Coordinated Services and Supports Plan and Addendum is complete and properly implemented. Collaborate with other sites as wells as corporate management regarding agency-wide initiatives and objectives. Ensure that all Statute 245D licensing standards and corporate policies and procedures are followed. Ensure that required reviews, plans and documents are properly completed on time. Your experience, skills and attributes should include: Satisfy the requirements of a Designated Coordinator as required by Statute 245D. Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
