Some of the things you will be doing for us:
Expand on knowledge gained by Account Executives to identify customer goals and objectives
Develop and manage project plans and timelines for each customer implementation
Determine next steps in providing exceptional service and solutions and driving solutions forward with both customer and PFL teams
Research, source and design new products and packaging to meet identified customer needs
Follow PFL product development, ensuring onboarding processes expand to meet new product needs
Schedule and facilitate meetings during onboarding between customer teams and PFL teams
Some of the skills you will need:
Deals effectively with ambiguity and situations where there is not a single “right” answer
Knowledgeable about the marketing technology and sales enablement industries
Strong facilitation skills
Effective project management and problem solving—ability to identify root cause, outcomes, next steps and move through stuck points
Ability to build and maintain strong cross department relationships within PFL, and exercise influence through those relationships
Ability to exercise good judgment in the face of complex problem-solving
