Share Email Opening Title Employment Specialist-Employment Matters  Description Responsibilities: Manages a vocational caseload to assist consumers/disabled individuals with severe mental illness within all aspects of career development and with identifying, locating, and keeping employment. Provide necessary supports and counseling to consumer regarding vocational barriers and benefits/work incentives. Coordinate consumer services with internal and external agencies and government funding sources. Transporting consumers to interviews as needed. Qualifications: BA degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field Business or marketing experience or recruitment job placement experience helpful. Consumer driven with good interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and independently. Use of own vehicle.
