Marketing Content Manager

PFL is a rapidly growing Mar-Tech company that develops state of the art Sales/Marketing Automation Software with custom integrations in Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. PFL's Marketing department is growing and we're looking to add a Marketing Content Manager to our amazing team. So if you're a person that loves the challenge of a startup atmosphere, enjoys solving meaningful problems, and wants to feel like part of a family - then we want to speak to you!

You will help us communicate our solutions and technology through powerful messaging for a broad audience of prospective/current clients and media. You will be a fundamental link between product, design and revenue teams to streamline PFL's brand messaging and value proposition.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a content strategy that resonates with target audiences
  • Develop and maintain content strategy and calendar, integrating with other marketing strategies, plans, approvals, and execution. Ensures quality and timely delivery
  • Work closely with members of PFL on originating and refining content for publication
  • Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to decide new content plans for solutions marketing and communications initiatives and corporate marketing projects
  • Test content across mediums and adjust strategy as needed

What You'll Need

  • Experience and passion for content development, writing, and editing
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills - written and verbal, an affinity for visual storytelling
  • Ability to work across various teams, take constructive feedback and adjust design needs accordingly
  • Fast-learner with exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and execute quickly
