Also assists the Project Manager to develop, communicate, and update implementation plans with internal teams and clients. Facilitates conference calls between internal teams and clients on a scheduled basis to deliver project updates, and identify any issues or concerns. Coordinates new and existing implementations between internal teams including Sales, Operations, IT. Provides regular updates to involved teams, Management, and the Executive Committee as needed. Conducts training sessions to new client users on various systems and applications. Documents the various documents and plans that go along with new client implementation. Assists in testing efforts for new clients, or existing clients when new releases are available on the LERETA system or applications. Has direct oversight and management responsibility of Client Implementation staff.   Position Requirements Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. 4+ yrs experience in tax service operations and systems. Proven track record in Project Management and Client Implementations or conversion. In depth knowledge of Tax Service products and services. Loan servicing experience. Some IT programming experience. Preferred: Previous account manager experience in the Real Estate Tax & Flood Service industry. Loan servicing experience.
