Under the direction of the Quality Manager this position is responsible for developing and managing: Internal Audit program that monitors compliance with company policies and procedures as well as repair station and training program requirements for ILG, SUS, PBI, TEB and MRU's, supplier Audit Program that qualifies and monitors suppliers, external audits performed by Regulatory Agencies, external Audits performed by Customers, Training Requirements for Quality Department, Maintenance Error Analysis Program, ongoing development and improvement of company policies, procedures and work instructions and status of regulatory certification renewals
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage internal auditing programs
- Conduct internal audits of ILG, Satellite and MRU locations
- Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier quality performance
- Manage Maintenance Error Reporting Program by ensuring timely reporting, analysis and follow-up
- Develop and improve quality and maintenance related policies, procedures and work instructions
- Manage regulatory audit activities (FAA, EASA, CAAC, TSA, etc.)
- Manage customer audit activities to include preparing responses to surveys
- Monitor status of regulatory approvals to ensure timely renewals
- Manage training schedules and compliance for Quality personnel
- Assist others with Quality Management applications such and OPUS and Q-Pulse
- Q-Pulse SME
- Compile Quality Assurance Metrics and Reports
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Promote Quality and Integrity
- Other duties as assigned.
