About the Job Provide immediate technical assistance (on site/phone/fax,email), perform routine visits/phone contact to ensure customer satisfaction. Detailed involvement with in-country operators is essential. This will involve traveling to the customer or Authorized Service Center. Responsibilities • Maintain liaison with customers within assigned geographical territory • Assist the customer to troubleshoot, analyze and recommend corrective action for aircraft discrepancies, when requested by the operator • Provide informal on-the-job training to the customers and Authorized Service Centers (ASC) • Visit and phone all customers within assigned geographical territory • Be familiar with and utilize the Front Line Empowerment Policy (FEP) • Suggest product/process improvements that will enhance aircraft operation • Complete Customer Contact Reports (CCR) to document/report malfunctions, maintenance difficulties, corrective actions, etc. • Suggest product/process improvements that will enhance aircraft operation, reliability/maintainability and safety • Encourage the customer and Authorized Service Centers to complete warranty/service reports • Complete CCR's, market/technical surveys, expense reports and incident reports in a timely manner • Adhere to the "No Pass On" Policy of Technical Support • Report any discrepancies in Dassault Aviation/Dassault Falcon Jet supplied manuals and submit recommendations on how they may be changed/improved • Be familiar with the "Welcome to the Family" presentation • Be available to provide technical assistance after hours and on weekends Required Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of business jet maintenance experience (preferably on Falcon aircraft) • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificates • Good communication skills (verbal and written) • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, databases) • Two (2) years of college education (or equivalent) • Flexibility of personal schedules • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation • Automobile driver's license • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team from remote locations • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, if necessary • Pilots license, FAA Inspection Authorization, Avionics experience, Teaching/Instructor experience and a current passport are all desired qualifications   Position Requirements   Location White Plains, New York   This position is currently not accepting applications.
