ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for all production and repair test activities in support of assigned products. Authors or edits procedures and documentation through change management process directly related to products. Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Works with assigned operations personnel to establish test plans and supports completion rates for test work cells. Interfaces with management to present program status, capital requests, or continuous improvement initiatives. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Two year degree in a technical discipline required; prefer a 4 year degree in a technical discipline; plus a minimum of 4 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong troubleshooting experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
