Executive Assistant 


As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide exceptional comprehensive administrative and operational support for our executive team. You will work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the company. This role requires an ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, positive, poised and demonstrating a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and good judgement. This highly-motivated person will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as operational activities. This position will report directly to the CEO.


  • Act as first point of contact for the executive team and assist in managing all day to day activities; dynamic calendar management, email correspondence, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, appointments, conference calls, and any other tasks needed to maximize productivity
  • Oversee organization and preparation of materials for executive presentations, meetings, offsites and events
  • Assist with general administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: planning company-wide or cross-functional meetings/events in collaboration with HR
  • Assist with the management of broad reaching, high impact or influential projects
  • Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with total discretion
  • Proactively anticipate the Execs/CEO's requests and any potential issues before they escalate, and take action to remedy it
  • Build rapport with key cross-functional stakeholders to serve as a liaison around scheduling and or spontaneous inquiries and/or requests and facilitate communications where appropriate
  • Maintain ongoing reports, databases, trackers, files, update and organize shared drives/files, update organizational charts, etc. as needed
  • Find new and efficient ways to create processes to help maximize your executive's time, including weekly reporting, goal setting, and team meetings
  • Take initiative and offer assistance where needed; adding value whenever possible
  • Adaptability to support additional duties and requests as business needs grow.
Position Requirements
  • 5+ or more years relevant experience supporting a team of C-Suite Executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Strong work ethic, resourceful, and ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity
  • Self-starter that takes initiative and enjoys taking on new challenges
  • Extremely organized; able to juggle and multi-task, with an acute attention to detail and follow through
  • Adaptable and flexible if asked to shift priorities when working with others
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, interpersonal skills and good judgment
  • Highly proficient with Outlook and all Microsoft applications
  • Demonstrates high EQ, proven track record of strong follow through & ownership
  • Finance and/or Technology experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
