It will be cold, it will be hot, it will be physically demanding. This job will be challenging. We will require you come to work everyday you are scheduled and more than likely you will work overtime every week. Our expectations will be clear and you will be expected to follow through. We offer hourly wages based on your work ethic. Your production will directly affect your pay. Training starts at $16/hr. Once you are on your own, base pay is $18/hr and increases as your production increases.

Our drop technicians carry 20-28ft fiberglass ladders and climb electric service poles to run fiber optic cable drops from the poles to customers homes.
Our installation technicians take the fiber from the outside to the inside of the home and setup customer equipment to provide internet access.
