Position Requirements

The Administrative assistant’s role will be to support the PM training lead with training documentation printing and training room logistical support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Print and organize training documentation
  • Maintains conference rooms or training facilities in a neat and professional manner.
  • Provides support to the training project lead
  • Assists with training room logistical support.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple duties and bring open issues to successful resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem management and organizational skills
  • 0 to 10% US travel required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Admin experience in a high-energy environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
