Direct Supervision of Designated Offices on an Interim or Transitional basis, including but not limited to: a. Supervisor leave of absence coverage of Local Offices b. Transitional supervisory coverage of Local Offices c. Conversion supervisory coverage of Local Offices 2. Facilitation of Employer and Employee Relationships On-site 3. Facilitation of Communication between Local and Corporate Offices On-site 4. Local Staff Accountability for Corporate Procedures 5. Assist with Training and Implementation of Corporate Policy and Technology for new or existing Local Office staff 6. Safety & Compliance On-site Reviews 7. Policy & Procedure Adherence and Suggestions for Development Conversion Projects 1. On-site Coordination for New Offices or Locations 2. Assist with Training and Implementation of Corporate Policy and Technology for new or existing Local Office staff 3. Human Resources Support 4. Customer Support Corporate Representation (if necessary) 1. Pre-bid Meetings and Bid Openings 2. Trade Shows & Conferences 3. Special Events Customer Relations 1. Quality Control and Customer Follow-up 2. Incident Review 3. Meeting Coverage Additional Job Functions: Performs other duties as required.   Position Requirements Specific Abilities 1. Operate office equipment, company vehicles and communication equipment. 2. Plan, organize and direct school bus transportation services. 3. Effective verbal and written communication skills. 4. Work independently and efficiently. 5. Supervise and evaluate performance of assigned staff. 6. Ability to deal competently with a number of tasks at one time. 7. Ability to positively advocate Company to others Physical abilities required of a School Bus Supervisor Must meet the Body Mechanics of a Dean School Bus Driver. Must pass and maintain medical approval for a CDL pursuant to U.S. DOT guidelines. Must be able to sit for long periods with varying amounts of time in front of a computer. Must be able to conduct a pre-trip school bus inspection. Visual and hearing ability, as well as manual dexterity, to operate a school bus and office equipment.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
