Customer Service Position:

Native Maine Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) provide informative and responsive service to our highly valued wholesale customers. You will receive telephone calls, emails, and voicemail orders that require immediate follow through to ensure our real-time delivery schedules are met. CSRs will manage special requests and problem solve with our customers using the highest levels of professionalism. Additionally, you will manage outbound communications regarding product backorders and assist outside sales and inside operations staff with varying special projects. Our team goal is to provide ultimate service and always meet the requirements of our customers. At Native Maine, you will "say YES" a lot.The person who will likely succeed in this position maintains their composure under high volume, has a strong aptitude to juggle multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously, and enjoys speaking with those who love high quality food. Above average speed and accuracy in computer order entry, enter orders while talking with customers and excellent command of the English language is required. In addition to providing a comprehensive online ordering system, several hundred telephone calls are processed daily by our busy customer service team. Willingness to be flexible and upbeat, while prioritizing and managing a constantly changing demand is crucial. We have a casual office environment. This position is a variable shift, full-time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday with some weekends.
