This position will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic and innovative corporate communications across the enterprise. Apply a contemporary, forward-thinking marketing approach, while following the established cadence of all marketing communications, internally and externally, to achieve ambitious business goals. Work closely with Head of Corporate Communications and internal communications and marketing teams.

Position duties include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for supporting the firm’s messaging (social media, internal and external), tone, and sensitivity of communications under the leadership of the Head of Corporate Communications
  • Partner with the public relations agency to deliver professional and clear communications
  • Assist with the deployment of communications within and across channels and brands respectful of the various constituencies within the broader organization
  • Establish, manage, and monitor the creative workflow processes for multiple marketing projects from resource and schedule management through rounds of design and content execution to final delivery of approved files on deadline, consulting with Head of Corporate Communications
  • Build and execute robust and reliable processes that promote collaboration and align the team on all deliverables
  • Work directly with the internal marketing team to ensure projects are prioritized, scoped, assigned and delivered on time.
  • Maintain the corporate communications calendar with a specific focus on the cadence and frequency of internal and external communications, working with Head of Corporate Communications
  • Work with corporate communications leadership, senior leaders and others on scope and execution of projects of varying scale and complexity
  • Manage communications and messaging for all corporate events
  • Adhere to brand voice and creative guidelines when developing communications
  • Establish, communicate and gather needed assets, specifications, and information required to complete tasks and projects
  • Responsible for implementing and adopting marketing distribution communications, including but not limited to, Constant Contact (or another 3rd party email messaging system)
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports (resource utilization, project status, etc.) per defined cadence
  • Assist with external vendor selection and management of those relationships, working with Head of Corporate Communications
  • Keep in contact with all business partners regarding project status and any issues that need attention, escalating to Head of Corporate Communications
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; with a minimum of five (5) years of related communications, and marketing experience preferred. Experience in project management or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Must have a strong understanding of all facets of corporate marketing, communications, and public relations with a focus on developing and promoting our brand and communicating our competitive advantages to existing and potential clients.
  • Must be flexible, creative and innovative with an unquenchable desire to help deliver exciting and compelling marketing initiatives that disrupt the target market. Demonstrated skills in process creation, evaluation, and adjustment
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects at one time and effectively assessing and reprioritizing workload regularly. Must be a self-starter who is proactive, highly disciplined in time management and focused on meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Proficient with all Microsoft products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), experience working in Jira or similar collaboration software, experience in with Constant Contact, or similar email messaging software. Comfortable working in both Mac and Windows preferred.

Travel for this position may be required but is expected to be minimal
