Share Email Opening Title Business Process Analyst Journeyman  Category Management/Other Analyst   Description The Business Process Analyst will participate in an expanding role in order to increase process maturity and link customer requirements into a big picture to better streamline the current way of doing business .The Business Process Analyst Journeyman supports efforts to understand, interpret and structure customer requirements into a process framework. The analysis will assist in promoting the implementation of process improvement, design processes to help solve process-related problems, streamline process flows in order to provide the most effective, strategic courses of action for leadership consideration. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Assists in tailoring proven methodologies for BI, analytics, Process Improvement (PI), BPM, change management (CM), modeling and data visualization specific for the 618 AOC. Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance Coordinates the use of analytical and statistical tools from complimentary process improvement philosophies, such of Six-Sigma and Business Process Management and improvement.
