Application Specifications

  • The Brookfield, Wisconsin MI Office only accepts applications from those who can train and score onsite at our Brookfield location, although remote opportunities may occur. If you are not within commuting distance do not apply to the Brookfield Site.
  • Apply to only one MI location for work. Multiple applications will not be processed and may result in no work assignments. If you are only available to work from home, do not apply to the Brookfield Site. Exit out and apply to the Remote Only, Work from Home scoring site please.

Essential Functions

  • Hired Readers will be placed into our Qualified Reader pool and be eligible to work on projects that fit each Reader’s qualifications and schedule.
  • Qualified Readers are hired for individual projects on a contractual basis.
  • Readers score student responses to test items in a variety of subjects. These tests are administered in many different states at all grade levels.
  • Readers are expected to work five days per week, Monday through Friday, for the duration of a project.
  • Readers will receive paid training on the assessment-specific scoring criteria at the beginning of each project.
  • Readers must be able to accept and apply the scoring criteria as directed and maintain consistent and reliable scoring results throughout the project.
  • Reader/Evaluators must be willing to operate in a repetitive task situation while maintaining confidentiality and project security.

Working Hours

  • Day Shift is 8:30 a.m.–4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Starting Pay

  • Beginning pay for a Reader/Evaluator is $11.70 per hour.
