The Program Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of a female residential facility.  This person carries out administrative directives within the program and supervises employee activities.  This person also provides direct clinical service to house residents, provides coverage on open shifts when necessary, and is available 24 hours per day as a consultant to staff.  Promoting community awareness is also a function of this position.   SIGN-ON BONUS!
